Your order will be sent by Australia Post regular mail. If you would like your products delivered by Express Post or Courier please email us at info@allartistsupplies.com with your request and we will obtain a pricing to send by an alternative method.

If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately at info@allartistsupplies.com and we will refund the cost of the goods when they are returned to us.
